We are a disability equality organisation and as such we focus on the increased inclusion of disabled people in society. To do this our mystery shoppers look at general service provisions, products and the staff attitude/interaction that an organisation provides from the angle of a disabled customer. All our mystery shoppers are disabled people, and as such provide a valuable insight of the real experience that is faced by a group of people with a range of disability on a day-to-day basis. Our mystery shoppers concentrate on the way information is provided and how services are performed rather than physical or environmental issues that are commonly assessed as barriers to disabled people. Our mystery shoppers do not stop at testing a service or suggesting practical alterations to improve on that service, but are also able to provide detailed feedback to subject company employees at director level. We have experience in putting together presentations detailing current situation, legal requirements, or/and best practise and changes that both meet and go beyond that required level. Our company firstly focuses on what individuals and institutions do correctly and offer our help and advice on areas that, knowingly or unknowingly, could constitute discrimination as set down in law. This is the standard format for our Mystery Shopping service however as a company we strive to tailor our services to match the specific requirements of our clients. If you would like more information on this service the link below will bring you to our contact page providing information regarding the different methods of contacting our company.
