DP Consulting (Disability Equality Services) Ltd specialises in providing business solution that perform the role of increasing social inclusion of Disability and raising awareness of equality issues in society. As a company DP Consulting follows the Social Model of Disability, this states that it is the attitudes and barriers to inclusion which have formed in society that constitute Disability, not the physical or psychological variations of individuals across the population. It recognises that individual limitations can occur as a result of the wide range of diversity in people, but that it is the afore mentioned barriers not these limitations which lead to the exclusion of disabled people from many main stream activities.

Our mission is to remove social barriers which deny society the ability to reach a state of equality through work with clients to develop, implement and audit policies which reflect the true needs of individuals across a wide range of human diversity.

All of our consultants are disabled professionals and as such can provide a unique perspective on equality issues. Their massive combined personal and professional experience is engaged in all aspects of the delivery of our services. This allows us to provide solutions that go above and beyond minimum requirements, are future proof and address the real issues in relation to access and equality within the scope of your activities.

We have found through our professional experience that above 80% of such changes to remove barriers and increase access to service can be implemented at little to no cost.
